Its a 4 minute work that has been proven to increase you VO2 intake. It can be used with any workout you can think of. Its eight sets of 20 seconds fast 10 seconds easy or recovery. I tried it with cycling, punching a punching bag, and squats. After the first two sets, you know that this will not be an easy 4 minutes.
